Foreperson Facade Systems / VHF 100% (m/f/d)

We realise demanding facade projects and are looking for a Foreperson Facade Systems /
VHF who takes responsibility on site and enjoys working with a strong team. We
appeal to entrepreneurial and long-term thinking individuals. As a foreperson, you lead our
installation team and ensure that the work is carried out safely, cleanly, efficiently and on schedule.

Your tasks

• Leading, coordinating and organising the installation teams/installation process
• Ensuring materials, tools and machines are available
• Ensuring quality, costs, execution and deadlines throughout the entire project
• Ensuring dimensional accuracy and occupational safety
• Identifying and documenting additional services and extra work
• Supporting the installation manager with measurements and extra work
• Active participation in installation work
• Collaboration/coordination with site management and subcontractors

Your profile

• Training in construction, metal construction, facade construction, timber construction or comparable, further training as foreperson, site supervisor or comparable
• Several years of experience in facade construction / VHF, as well as experience as a foreperson or in a comparable position
• Good technical understanding and confident handling of construction and execution plans
• Quality awareness and sense of responsibility, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Good German language skills, any additional language is an advantage
• MS Office skills are an advantage. Basic CAD knowledge would be a plus
• Driving licence category B
