About the job

As a subsidiary of the Securitas Group, we are the leading company for fire prevention systems in Switzerland. Contrafeu AG designs, plans, and installs extinguishing systems for precautionary fire protection. To complement our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual as a Service Technician (m/f/d) 100 %

Your impact in this role:

You carry out maintenance and inspection work on wet, dry, and special extinguishing systems
You are responsible for the independent and systematic execution of fault rectifications according to the instructions of the dispatch department
You implement minor adjustments on all stationary extinguishing systems
You provide telephone support for customer enquiries (including on-call service)

What you ideally bring:

Completed vocational training as a heating or sanitary technician
Independent and conscientious working style
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
Driving licence category B
