Activities
- Independent handling of new construction projects in residential construction
- Leadership and coordination of installers, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Participation in construction meetings and representation of project management
- Preparation of reports, construction journals, and quantity controls
- Material disposition and personnel deployment planning
- Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and regulations
Requirements
- Training as an electrician EFZ
- Several years of experience in the construction management of electrical projects
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with teams and apprentices
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Commitment, assertiveness, and organizational talent
