Polymechanic Eroder / Sinker EDM Operator – modern company – great permanent position (toolmaking)
Tasks
- Setting up and operating sinker EDM machines with robot (GF Agie Charmilles)
- Assisting with wire EDM (GF Agie Charmilles)
- Independently programming and machining highly precise parts, both single and small series (AC Form as well as PEPS)
- Measuring electrodes on 2D and 3D measuring stations
- Quality control using modern testing and measuring equipment
- Contributing to the optimisation of work processes
Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship
- as a polymechanic EFZ or a similar
- qualification.
- Your strengths are precise work, teamwork,
- overview, personal responsibility and willingness to learn
