As reinforcement for our residential care team, we are looking for the following by arrangement:

Social Pedagogue or Psychiatric Nurse approx. 80%

Your area of responsibility

• Key worker duties (support planning, individual and location discussions, independent case management)
• Guidance and support of residents in practical everyday matters
• Co-design of meaningful leisure activities
• Collaboration with doctors, authorities, and employers
• Interdisciplinary teamwork

We expect

• Professional qualification in social pedagogy, psychiatric nursing, or a comparable education/professional experience
• Mental resilience and high social competence
• You identify with our mission statement and our diaconal mission
