Your tasks
- Management and maintenance of several client mandates with 8 locations in the canton of Graubünden including profit & loss responsibility
- Client-side contact person for questions at tactical level
- Ensuring, reviewing and optimising operational work processes as well as ensuring the service level through regular quality controls
- Targeted organisation of the basic contract, management of additional orders and ensuring data maintenance in the CAFM system
- Leadership of 3 directly subordinate employees as well as overall responsibility for around 180 employees
- Recruitment of managers
- Ensuring the implementation of instructions and training of employees according to the internal training concept
- Responsibility for the further development of client mandates
- Participation in Santé-internal development and digitalisation projects
- Active shaping of regional further development with a focus on sales and market expansion
- Financial responsibility for the client mandates including optimisation measures and monthly closings
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed basic training, preferably in the cleaning sector
- Completed further training as a department head in hospitality/housekeeping/facility management or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the service sector with experience in healthcare, service providers and/or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organisation and coordination
- Service-oriented and independent, structured way of working with the necessary all-round view and networked thinking
- MS Office user skills, affinity for handling various IT systems
- Willingness to travel
