Your mission

• Competent telephone advice: You provide our customers with competent and solution-oriented advice by phone on our first-class banking products and services and respond specifically to their concerns and needs.
• Careful written customer support: You handle written enquiries and orders independently, efficiently and with high accuracy – always with the aim of providing excellent service.
• Active customer acquisition & enthusiasm: You convince existing and potential customers of our excellent products and services and actively contribute to expanding our customer base.
• Personal service on site (customer zone): Once a week you independently take over the service desk at our headquarters in Basel and ensure professional and friendly customer care on site.
• Sales & representation: You proactively implement sales and market development measures and take on representative tasks to sustainably strengthen the image of our bank and advance our shared success.

What you bring

• Completed banking training and at least 1-2 years of banking professional experience
• Precise and independent working with a quick grasp
• Enjoyment of telephone customer advice and sales is a matter of course for you
• You communicate confidently in German; additional national languages are an absolute plus
