What you bring:

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or a comparable course of study.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Controller or in a comparable role with experience in project management or project controlling.
• Strong analytical skills as well as a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• As an independent, structured and solution-oriented personality, you actively contribute to the further development of Technomag AG in your role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment as well as the ability to convince across departments.
• Good Excel, PBi and Copilot skills, MS Dynamics knowledge is an advantage.
• German and English skills at least at level C1.

Your job:

Financial Business Partner area

• As a Financial Business Partner, you are the direct contact for the CEO and work closely with Operations, Supply Chain Management, IT, Accounting.
• You are responsible for financial controlling as well as the financial support of strategic transformation, optimisation and investment projects, based on the group strategy.
• You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts as well as CAPEX and OPEX management.
• You conduct variance analyses, identify causes and develop appropriate measures together with the specialist departments.
• You are responsible for net working capital management, receivables and liabilities.
• You prepare KPI reports, management dashboards and meaningful presentations for different stakeholders.
• You develop long-term financial strategies as well as integrated 3- to 5-year plans to support the corporate strategy.
• You analyse market, competition and industry trends and develop appropriate measures for the further development of Technomag AG.
   

Project Management area

• You lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects from planning to successful implementation.
• You ensure compliance with project goals regarding time, cost and quality.
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and promote effective collaboration.
• You identify risks, develop solutions and manage the implementation of appropriate measures.
• You regularly report on project progress and decision-making bases to management.
