What you do

• You manage benefits for accidents or illnesses of our customers' employees according to legal and contractual provisions
• You correspond and hold discussions with the various parties involved in claims settlement (insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers)
• You clarify medical issues and make payments based on legal requirements and insurance contracts
• You manage recourse claims against third parties and other insurers

What you bring

• Commercial basic training in the insurance sector or a VBV qualification, a diploma in social insurance is an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in handling KTG or UVG
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• You present yourself professionally and have a strong service mentality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
