For our in-house workshop in Oberentfelden we are looking for a Workshop Manager & Member of the Management Team 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement:

Your tasks

• Technical and organisational management of our workshop
• Leadership and coordination of a team of three mechanics
• Planning and organisation of the workshop tasks
• Ensuring efficient and timely order processing
• Coordination of repairs, maintenance and service work
• Supporting the team with technical and practical tasks
• Ensuring quality as well as compliance with safety and work regulations
• Responsibility for order and organisation in the workshop
• As a member of the management team, you actively contribute to operational topics and decisions

Your profile

• Completed training in the mechanical/technical field
• Several years of professional experience as a truck mechatronics technician / agricultural machinery mechanic in a workshop
• Ideally experience in a leadership or comparable responsible role
• Good organisational skills and an independent working style
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
• Leadership strength, assertiveness and at the same time a collegial manner
• Reliable, solution-oriented and responsible personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
