The Lung League Solothurn is an innovative health organisation and has been offering professional advice and support for people with lung or respiratory diseases for more than 120 years with its around 30 employees at the locations Solothurn, Olten and Breitenbach.

To strengthen our support team in the area of Central Services & ICT, we are looking for you in Solothurn / Olten immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks:
- First point of contact for enquiries from patients, doctors, home care services and clinics
- Support of the advisory team in all administrative matters of home therapy
- Recording of medical prescriptions and checking of cost approvals
- Clarifications and correspondence with health insurance companies
- Coordination of orders, deliveries and appointments for oxygen and sleep apnoea devices as well as their accessories
- Preparation of invoicing and monitoring of outstanding items
- Independent management of the electronic patient record
Your profile:
- Qualification as MPA, FaGe or HF nursing specialist or a comparable qualification in healthcare
- Preferably commercial further training or experience in administration
- Knowledge of medical billing and dealing with health insurance companies is an advantage
- You keep an overview even on hectic days and work accurately and independently
- You communicate in a friendly and confident manner, both on the phone and in writing
- Good PC skills and interest in digital processes
- Expertise in lung and respiratory diseases is an advantage, or the motivation to acquire it.
