The Baden primary school includes all educational offerings from the mandatory two-year kindergarten to the completed 9th school year with around 400 teachers for approximately 3,000 pupils, as well as supplementary school care.

Overall management of primary school
Your tasks
- Supporting school management with administrative and organisational tasks
- Coordinating topics and work assignments of the school administration
- Contact point and interface for teachers,
- staff of day structures, pupils, parents and authorities in administrative matters
- Personnel administration in ALSA, including payroll and contract management for teachers at the school location
- Administration of pupil data in Lehreroffice, Scolaris and Klapp
- Posting and processing invoices
- Other diverse administrative tasks
Your profile
- Commercial basic training
- Several years of experience in administrative and organisational work, preferably in an Aargau school administration
- Knowledge of labour law, payroll and personnel administration of primary school teachers
- Good IT and ICT skills and willingness to familiarise yourself with new IT and ICT systems
- Organisational strength, service orientation
- Structured and precise working method even in hectic times, reliability
- Flexible, team-oriented and proactive personality
- Enjoyment of a varied task and changing challenges
