Your main tasks
- Entrepreneurial overall responsibility for the areas of marketing, ticketing, entertainment including stage technology
- Leadership and further development of the areas through the respective department heads and team leaders
- Direct contact person and responsibility for collaboration with the finance department as well as the delegate of the board of directors
- Result responsibility including budgeting, forecasting and P&L
- Close cooperation with the "Artistic Direction" in the areas of new developments, booking licensed productions/tours
- Overall responsibility for the development, marketing and success of the sponsorship area including acquisition, support and strategic further development of sponsor and partner relationships
- Further development of organisation, digitalisation and processes in the areas of marketing, ticketing and project management
- Responsibility for quality, profitability, capacity utilisation, customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Initiator for innovation and sustainable further development of the company
- Maintenance and expansion of a relevant network within the culture and entertainment industry (SMPA, SBKV, Swiss show scene, Sponsoring Switzerland, etc.)
Your background
- Passion for live experiences and entertainment
- Several years of leadership and management experience in a dynamic, audience-oriented environment, ideally in the areas of entertainment, culture, hospitality, leisure industry or event management
- Experience in leading and implementing projects as well as great motivation to bring new ideas into practice
- Education/training in business administration/marketing or sales
- CDP, performance marketing, social media, sponsorship, customer loyalty are in your DNA
- High affinity for digital developments, new technologies, AI applications and data-based decisions
- Business management know-how as well as initial to several years of experience with budget and P&L responsibility
- Sense for the interplay of artistic quality, guest experience and economic success
- Authentic, empathetic leadership personality with high social and organisational competence
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and enjoyment of a diverse and lively event operation
