For our dynamic team in the Education Academy, we are looking for an Education Manager (m/f/d) for the organization of training events as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
• Responsibility for planning, controlling, and implementing our curricula: from strategic annual planning to operational implementation
• Close coordination with speakers, the scientific advisory board, as well as other internal and external stakeholders
• Active participation in the strategic positioning of our training programs
• Budget monitoring and responsibility within the framework of events
• Communication with participants before, during, and after the event
• Designing and implementing targeted content and campaigns for social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) and other marketing channels to increase reach and awareness
• Creating appealing texts and content for online communication
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs to optimize our communication measures
Your profile:
• Completed studies in business administration, communication, event management, or a similar field.
• Many years of professional experience in a strategic position, preferably in a medical-scientific environment
• Extensive experience in leading complex, interdisciplinary projects with interdisciplinary teams.
• Very good German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage.
• Confident handling of MS Office, marketing tools (e.g., Canva), and project management software.
• Confident communication skills, assertiveness, and excellent presentation skills.
• Initiative, analytical thinking, flexibility, and a solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel and attend events, including on weekends.
