Permanent Night Shift Registered Nurse HF/FH in Surgery 50 – 100 %
Your Tasks
- Empathetic Patient Care: You professionally, attentively, and compassionately care for our patients during the night and are a reliable contact person for their concerns.
- Quality Assurance: You consistently implement individual care plans and ensure high-quality, patient-oriented care even during the night.
- Proactive Responsibility: Within our Lean Management framework, you take responsibility for your area and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Innovative Co-creation: Your ideas are welcome! Together we further develop shift operations and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration.
Your Profile
- Education: You hold a qualification as a Registered Nurse HF/FH (for foreign diplomas: SRK recognition).
- Experience: If you already have experience in acute care, that is your ticket to the top of our list.
- Confidence in Night Shifts: You enjoy working independently, are responsible, and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
- Team Spirit: A respectful and supportive interaction is important to you. Even as a permanent night shift nurse, you see yourself as an integral part of the team and contribute to good collaboration.
