To complete its team, the Department of Medicine and Specialties of the HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital is looking for a
Department Administrator

Your mission:
- Contribute to defining and supporting the medical strategy of the department, as well as the needs for equipment and medical services of the HFR, then monitor its proper execution
- Ensure the administrative management of the department while ensuring compliance with current institutional regulations and policies
- Support the financial and resource management of the department as well as the administrative management of patients, in collaboration with the management control attached to the department
- Support the human resources management of the department in collaboration with HR
- Optimise internal processes within the department and guarantee optimal use of information systems
- Coordinate and supervise project management and handle occasional mandates
- Represent the department and/or the professional sector both internally and externally and assume internal mandates
- Implement concrete measures to optimise processes as a project manager
Your profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent training supplemented by postgraduate training, an asset
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of the medical and/or hospital environment desired
- Excellent economic knowledge
- Proven experience in financial, budgetary and project management
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Aptitude and strong willingness for interdisciplinary work
