Your Tasks
- You participate in operational procurement, coordinate and monitor delivery dates, and take over invoice coding.
- You work in the Facility Management secretariat and take on deputy tasks, including badge and key management with system administration.
- You support data implementation in our maintenance software.
- You engage in projects within Facility Management.
Your Profile
- You have completed commercial basic training and have experience in the described area of responsibility.
- You have very good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems.
- You communicate confidently in German and convince with your empathetic manner.
- Ideally, you have experience with maintenance software and locking systems.
- You are flexible and willing to temporarily take on full-time replacements.
You work independently and responsibly, are highly service-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers. A versatile range of tasks motivates you, and you keep an overview even with different topics. With your open manner, interest in technical processes, and reliability, you contribute to constructive and collegial teamwork.
