Clerical Officer Import/Export (a)

Your Tasks:

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling of customer orders from order confirmation to delivery
• Organisation and coordination of truck, air and sea freight shipments
• Creation and procurement of all export and shipping documents
• Execution of customs clearance
• Responsibility for invoicing and billing
• Monitoring ongoing orders and ensuring delivery dates
• Handling complaints and claims in cooperation with internal departments
• Interface function between customers, freight forwarders and internal specialist departments

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Initial experience in international order processing is an advantage
• Knowledge of import, export and customs matters desirable
• Very good MS Office skills
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• French skills are an advantage
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
