The market organisation serves the Swiss market with all products and services of METTLER TOLEDO. To advise our medium and small customers regarding the sale of service contracts, we are looking for a motivated person to complement the team at the Nänikon-Greifensee location immediately or by arrangement as a Sales Consultant* Service Internal Sales 80 – 100% (all genders). In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: You are responsible, among other things, for the telephone consultation of our customers regarding our service portfolio. To ensure efficient order processing, you will ensure close communication and good cooperation with the internal and external sales teams and maintain lively exchange with other internal departments. Furthermore, you are responsible for the follow-up processing of customer orders as well as the active follow-up of sales potentials with the customer. You support the team in achieving the high quality standards towards the customer and our own goals.
