Your main tasks

With us, you will gain insight into the following areas:

Support

• You support the employees of our company by assisting with their IT concerns
• You classify, coordinate and process IT tickets
• You independently analyse, process and resolve system faults
• You are responsible for the maintenance and operation of existing hardware
• You are responsible for the evaluation and purchase of new hardware
• You build a self-care system with which employees can solve simple problems independently
• You define and document processes

Consulting

• As head of the IT support department

you take on project management tasks

• You evaluate and implement new, innovative solutions
• You plan, coordinate and conduct training on the handling of IT software/hardware
• You take responsibility for the smooth operation of our IT
• You advise management on long-term IT development

Your profile

• You are currently studying computer science or a related field
• Good to very good IT knowledge on Apple and Windows / in solving end-user problems
• Good knowledge in the field of network technology
• You have a high level of initiative and flexibility
• Precise and efficient working style
• Good German and English skills
