Job Description

Continuous working hours without room service interruptions

• Contributing to maintaining the high quality standards
• Independent management of a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
• High-quality preparation and production of dishes at a 14-point GaultMillau level
• Participation in menu design
• Monitoring and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP

Qualifications

• Completed training as a cook and passion for your profession
• Experience in fine dining cuisine
• Interest in modern, creative, and high-quality cooking
• Independence, resilience, and flexibility
• Team spirit
