The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.

Cleaning Staff (m/f/d)
80% workload
This is how you support us:
- You professionally carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks
- You clean resident rooms, public areas, offices, and special zones
- You receive requests from residents or employees in a friendly manner and ensure they are followed up
- You consistently comply with our hygiene, safety, and quality requirements
- You are ready for shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on weekdays and weekends

- You bring experience in the cleaning sector – ideally in the health or care environment, preferably with relevant training
- You work independently, efficiently, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- You are physically resilient and keep a cool head even in a lively daily routine
- You speak good German or are motivated to improve your language skills
