• Experience: Experience in property management? Yes, please! Professional certificate? Nice-to-have, but not essential.
• Passion: Property and people are your thing. Period.
• Tech know-how: MS Office is a breeze for you, and if you know Rimo R5 – even better.
• Flexibility: You pitch in, think along, and bring good spirits to the team.
