HR Business Partner (m/f/d), 80-100%, Zurich / hybrid
What you achieve:
- Consulting and operational as well as administrative support of managers and employees on questions along the entire employee lifecycle
- Responsibility for the implementation of HR processes in the assigned business areas together with the HR Service Partner (tandem)
- Contact person for the line within the framework of personnel planning, organisational changes as well as challenging employee and team situations
- Internal speaker role for HR topics and participation in HR projects
- Active role and role model in the cultural development along our values and leadership principles
