• Independent execution of minor repairs
• Inspection of the dormitories and associated facilities regarding cleanliness and compliance with house rules
• Supervision of external personnel working in the dormitories for cleaning
• Monitoring and execution of move-ins and move-outs
• Assignment of necessary cleaning and repair work
• Planning and allocation of staff rooms
• Close cooperation with the personnel management to exchange information about incidents and developments
• Contact person for external dormitory administrations and owners of staff dormitories

• Successful completion of a technical profession
• Experience in the above-mentioned area
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in performing small repairs
• Communicative and reliable demeanor
