Geneva
To complete our team, we are looking for a 60% Receptionist
Your tasks
- Ensure the physical and telephone reception of clients
- Welcome visitors and other suppliers and connect them with the relevant departments
- Manage meeting and reception rooms and ensure their proper upkeep
- Manage orders for various supplies
- Assist in organizing events (internal or with clients)
- Perform various administrative tasks
Your profile
- You have several years of professional experience in reception and customer service
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good presentation
- You enjoy teamwork while being able to manage your tasks independently
- You are a native French speaker and have very good knowledge of English, especially spoken
- You have good command of computer tools (Office package)
- You are Swiss or hold a valid work permit
