Electrician as Construction Supervisor in Lucerne and Surrounding Area
Activities
- Independent construction and team management for varied new construction and renovation projects
- Preparation of measurements, additional charges, and time reports
- Scheduling and ordering of installation materials according to specifications
- Work preparation and coordination with partners on the construction site
- Leadership and support of directly supervised employees and apprentices
- Ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality including reporting to project management
Requirements
- Training as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Experience as a construction supervisor electrician is mandatory (2–3 years of experience in a comparable role)
- Driver's license category B
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook
- Independent, structured working style with strong organizational skills
- Confident appearance and good communication skills
