About the job
The Casavita Foundation has been caring for and supporting elderly people for over 35 years. In our four homes in Basel, 240 residents have a place to call home. In addition, we rent apartments with individual service offerings.
Health Specialist 60-100%
Your Area of Responsibility- Ensuring and implementing high-quality care and support
- Planning care needs and monitoring the care process
- Communication with relatives and other professionals
- Close collaboration within the team as well as with trainees and interns
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (EFZ / FaBe with treatment care course)
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Team spirit, flexibility as well as an independent and responsible way of working
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
