In this role ...

• you enjoy contact with people and ensure impeccable customer service as well as optimally coordinated deployment of patient transports
• you are helpful and take telephone orders for patient transports
• you like organising and take on the coordination of vehicles as well as the contact between teams and clients
• you have a basic medical education and a commercial flair to take on back office tasks
• you work Monday to Friday or partially at weekends with compensation during the week

Requirements:

You are an organisational talent and look forward to interacting with customers from the healthcare sector. Ideally, you have a qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ, Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, or another medical training. You are resilient, interested, flexible, and act professionally. Thanks to your high self- and social competence and your expertise, you can take responsibility and keep a cool head even in hectic times.
