Our corporate culture
Our employees are our most valuable asset. It is in them that our know-how lies.

A team always available and working with joy: this is the Boess spirit! We have extensive technical expertise and adopt a proactive and differentiated approach towards our clients. This is because we know that not all clients have the same requests and needs.
Team spirit does not create itself
That is why we organise events for employees such as the May outing, the Maibummel. Every year before Easter, the Bern office elects the "Golden Eye" while the Basel office is famous for its barbecues at the Turmhaus. Some employees spend a weekend in the snow together every winter, while others go for a drink together after work.
