Your Opportunity
Location: Stabio (Ticino), full time (20% smart working)
Within the Finance Transformation team of the Group, we are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to support the evolution of our global Finance operating model. The role will focus on the standardisation and optimisation of Accounting and Finance processes, driving digital transformation initiatives on SAP S/4HANA.
The position will act as the Finance representative in cross-functional projects, ensuring robust accounting process governance, automation, and integration across systems — including the alignment between retail solutions (Xstore) and S/4HANA.
How will You contribute
Finance Process Transformation & Governance
• Lead the assessment, design and optimisation of core Accounting processes, with focus on R2R, intercompany, advanced financial close and audit readiness.
• Drive end-to-end P2P transformation using SAP Ariba P2P, ensuring process standardisation, policy alignment and operational efficiency.
• Represent Finance in all S/4HANA process design and solutioning activities, ensuring decisions fully support accounting integrity, control requirements and Finance scalability.
• Support the development of automation use cases, including workflow simplification, intercompany reconciliation tools, and close acceleration initiatives.
Systems Integration & Retail Finance Processes
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of integration flows between Xstore and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate and timely accounting for retail transactions.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to validate system behaviour, data mappings, controls and end-to-end accounting outcomes.
Shared Services & Operating Model
• Partner with the Shared Service Center to drive standardised execution of global processes and deploy new Finance capabilities.
• Contribute to the definition of the Finance Center of excellence (COE) model, ensuring long-term governance of processes, data and continuous improvement.
Change, Quality & Stakeholder Management
• Support change management activities, documentation, training and adoption across Central Finance teams and the SSC.
• Ensure process performance is monitored and continuously improved through KPIs and quality checks.
Who you are
You are a senior professional with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
You have:
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• 7+ years in Finance Transformation, Accounting Process Ownership, or Consulting
• Strong understanding of Accounting processes and closing cycles
• Expertise in Finance Master Data (e.g., chart of accounts, legal entities, cost centers, accounting structures)
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Experience with SAP Ariba P2P and accounting integration
• Exposure to retail accounting and store systems (Xstore) is a plus
• Skills in Business Intelligence and Advanced Reporting (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Oracle EPM Cloud – Planning & Consolidation)
• Fluent in English
