Your tasks
• Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone
• Assisting with administrative tasks in the back office
• Supporting our customers in using their account solutions
• Documenting customer concerns in our systems
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
What you bring
• Commercial basic training, preferably in banking
• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German skills, additional languages are a big plus
• Reliable, team-oriented and solution-focused working style
