Your area of responsibility and deployment

• Assessment of necessary services according to professional criteria (RAI-HC) as well as counselling sessions for people with mental illness
• Support for people with mental illness in crisis situations
• Support and guidance of Spitex employees who provide psychiatric nursing and care
• Ensuring a high quality of nursing and care
• Coordinating and organising care and nursing in consultation with doctors and other organisations
• Maintaining client records and recording services on site using a tablet

Your skills distinguish you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF, specialising in psychiatry
• Empathetic personality who likes people and takes the needs of clients seriously
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Clear and goal-oriented working style
• Good knowledge of German
