At the headquarters in Wil, you work at the heart of our organisation. You collaborate closely with the teams in our branches and colleagues at the headquarters.
Your tasks
- You manage processes in our versatile business applications – they are close to your heart and you contribute to their successful use and further development
- You analyse, plan and support process optimisations and ensure operation with integration partners and software suppliers
- You manage our EDI platform and maintain close contact with customers and the business
- You train employees, create and handle tickets, and communicate with customers and suppliers by phone and in writing
- You take on general administrative tasks for the IT department
- Within the team, you contribute to the smooth and highly available operation of the services
What you bring
- Training as a business informatics specialist or comparable technical or commercial qualification
- Experience in application support, analytical skills and problem-solving competence – professional experience in support and/or project management
- Very good knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP software and M365
- Experience in EDI projects and corresponding tools (e.g. Lobster)
- Initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Good German and English skills, French and Italian are an advantage
- You are a service-oriented and independent team player
