For our client, an established and successful Swiss manufacturing company in the Zurich region, we are looking to strengthen the team with a committed individual as Team Leader Joinery 100% (m/f/d).

Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment and want to take on technical as well as personnel responsibility? Or are you an experienced professional ready for the next step into a leadership role?

In this versatile position, you will lead your team in day-to-day operations, coordinate ongoing production orders, and ensure a smooth workflow. At the same time, you will contribute your technical know-how and support the continuous development and optimisation of production processes.

Team Leader Joinery 100% (m/f/d)

• Technical and personnel leadership of the team
• Planning and coordination of staff deployment and production orders
• Preparation and review of manufacturing cost calculations
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Continuous development and optimisation of production processes
• Active participation in daily operations and support with technical challenges
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments

• Technical or craft-based basic training, ideally in the wood sector, or several years of experience in an industrial production environment
• Experience in wood processing is an advantage but not a strict requirement
• Leadership experience is an advantage or willingness to develop into a leadership role
• Good technical understanding and interest in modern production and CNC technologies
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good communication and team skills
