This is what you can do with us
- As an ICT specialist EFZ, you install devices such as computers, printers, smartphones, as well as operating systems. You commission new workplaces and maintain the hardware.
- You troubleshoot and resolve issues within the scope of first-level support or forward them specifically to specialists.
- You install software and applications and configure them.
- You participate in projects, such as moving a department within the company or rolling out a new operating system.
- Furthermore, you support and train users in the introduction of new applications.

- You have completed compulsory schooling, level A, with good grades in mathematics and English.
