Job Description

• Responsibility for effective, patient- and outcome-oriented care in collaboration with qualified nursing staff
• Within the scope of professional competencies, providing needs- and situation-appropriate care and support for patients and their relatives
• Recognising changes in patient situations, initiating appropriate measures and informing the qualified nursing staff
• Supporting smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
• Working in tandem with the qualified nursing professional
• Active participation in teamwork

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Training in acute care or at least 2 years of professional experience in acute nursing
• Flexible, positive and motivated personality
• High social competence and enjoyment of teamwork
• Quick comprehension
• Very good oral and written German skills
