This particularly includes operational compliance along the value chain for digital assets as well as the monitoring and handling of sanctions checks, PEP approvals and other inquiries related to AML and CFT topics.

- Professional and personnel management of a team of five Compliance Officers
- Ensuring an efficient and effective operation in the area of sanctions and PEP
- Expansion and further development of the framework, processes and controls in the area of Digital Assets including cryptocurrencies.
- Aligning the team with new regulatory and technological developments
- Close collaboration with the FCC specialist function "Change the Bank" and other relevant internal interfaces
- Preparing and presenting evaluations, reports and key figures at appropriate levels
- Completed studies in law (FH/University) or a comparable degree in finance, economics or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance in the financial industry
- Solid knowledge and several years of experience in Digital Assets and DLT
- Experience with blockchain analysis tools, sanctions systems and PEP tools
- Several years of leadership experience with proven competence in team leadership and development
- Strong solution-oriented, analytical and communication skills
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- A diverse range of tasks with insight into traditional and digital business models of the bank
