Hearing Care Professional as a Floater in the Aachen Region (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You flexibly support several specialist shops within your regional deployment area (planning association) and contribute your expertise where it is currently needed
• Your area of deployment includes our specialist shops in Aachen, Bergheim, Düren, Eschweiler and Geilenkirchen
• On site, you are the first point of contact for our customers and accompany them competently and empathetically on the path to better hearing
• You analyse individual needs and derive tailored solutions – for improved quality of life and the best possible hearing experiences
• You support the management of the specialist shops in ensuring a successful and customer-oriented shop operation
• Through your flexibility and expertise, you help to ensure consistently high advisory and service quality throughout the region

Your profile

• You have completed training as a hearing care professional and have practical experience in hearing care
• You are passionate about your profession and enjoy helping people to hear better
• You are characterised by a high level of service orientation as well as an empathetic and reliable manner
• You work independently, responsibly and quickly integrate into new teams and work environments
• You enjoy constantly adapting to new situations and getting to know different specialist shops
