Lengnau School is a vibrant place of learning and personal development. Our school comprises around 650 pupils from kindergarten to 9th grade, supported by a dedicated team of 85 teachers.

Responsibilities
As a class teacher, you will take responsibility for a 7th grade secondary school class from 1 February 2026.
You will teach the following subjects:
German
French
Mathematics
RZG
ERG
WAH
Visual Arts
Additionally, you will teach French to an 8th grade class.
You will accompany the ski camp from 8 to 13 February 2026 as part of the class teacher team.
The workload and timetable are fixed until the summer holidays 2027.
With the partial return of the incumbent from August 2027, the workload can be adjusted.
Applications for the entire duration of the position or only until the summer holidays 2027 are equally welcome.
Requirements
- You hold a teaching diploma for lower secondary level or are undergoing corresponding training.
- You enjoy working in a team and value collaboration with colleagues, specialist departments, and parents.
- You design learning-promoting lessons, support pupils in their personal development and
- You take responsibility for the pedagogical, organisational, and administrative management of your class.
- You are a committed, resilient, and humorous personality with joy in working with young people.
- You maintain appreciative communication with the parents.
