As a family-run company, we look beyond short-term goals and work to create a future-oriented vision for our employees, our customers, and the world in general.
We are looking for a Local Process Owner SAP-ME to complement our team and actively shape the digital advancement of our production processes. In this key role, you will help successfully implement global standards in the manufacturing execution environment at the Reinach site and, together with various departments, shape the production of tomorrow. At our Reinach site, you will work in a modern production environment that combines technology, quality, and continuous improvement.
What is the role about?
Do you want to actively drive the digitalisation of modern production? Are you keen to implement and further develop global SAP-ME standards locally? Do you enjoy working at the interface between production, quality, industrialisation, and IT? In this role, you will actively shape the further development of our manufacturing execution landscape and ensure that digital solutions create tangible added value for our production. You will be part of a local production function and work closely with global expert teams as well as internal stakeholders.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- implement, further develop, and ensure the sustainable application of global standards for SAP Manufacturing Execution at the Reinach site in production.
- independently drive ME projects and digitalisation initiatives from requirements analysis through testing to successful introduction at the site.
- analyse, optimise, and standardise production processes in the SAP-ME environment and develop practical solutions together with production, industrialisation, quality assurance, and IT.
- coordinate system changes, releases, and updates, conduct user acceptance tests, document, and approve them.
- ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, enable first-level support, and assist as second-level support in complex disruptions.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- bring experience in production processes as well as with MES systems, ideally SAP ME, and ERP systems.
- possess knowledge in lean manufacturing, process analysis, and continuous improvement.
- work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and like to implement ideas pragmatically.
- demonstrate a strong IT affinity as well as good communication and project management skills.
- communicate confidently in German and English and work successfully with various stakeholders.
What can you expect from us?
- We are a family-run company with great commitment and a sustainable vision.
- We promote lifelong learning through diverse training and development opportunities, internal knowledge transfer, and e-learning.
- We value a balanced work-life balance and offer flexible working hours as well as the possibility of mobile working.
- We offer you a modern working environment with innovative technologies and short decision-making paths.
- We ensure that our employees work in state-of-the-art premises with ergonomic workstations.
- We foster an open and trusting corporate culture where collaboration, responsibility, and personal development are central.
