Our client is an established company in the technology sector specialising in security technology and locking systems, focusing on customer satisfaction and innovation. To strengthen the service team in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a technically skilled individual with a hands-on mentality.

Your tasks

• Installing and adjusting mechanical and electronic locking solutions
• Carrying out commissioning and functional checks during customer assignments
• Locating and resolving faults in locking systems and security devices
• Advising and supporting our customers on site or by phone
• Recording all service calls directly digitally via tablet or smartphone

Your profile 

• Training as an electrical installer or equivalent professional experience
• Practical experience in installation, service or maintenance of technical systems
• Service-oriented and reliable working style with a high level of commitment
• Friendly manner and enjoyment of customer contact
• Driving licence category B and residence in the Lucerne region
• German: confident in style
