Head of Logistics (m/f/d) – 100%

Your tasks

• Leadership: You lead your team and your deputy, create clear responsibilities, and deploy people where they have the greatest impact.
• Operational logistics: You ensure that our scaffolding materials are available. Warehousing, orders, deliveries, and returns run smoothly and efficiently under your management.
• Process optimisation: You question the status quo and make it better. You actively drive the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Digitalisation: You get the most out of our logistics software in daily operations and provide feedback and ideas for its further development.
• Transport and infrastructure: You coordinate internal and external transports and are responsible for the vehicle and machinery fleet as well as the infrastructure at the site.
• Safety and quality: Occupational safety is a priority for you. You ensure order, cleanliness, and careful handling of materials and operating resources.
• Collaboration: You work closely with site management, construction managers, and other branches. You are not hidden in the office but present in the warehouse and yard, in direct contact with your team. You make clear decisions and consistently implement priorities.

Your profile

• Education: A completed vocational training in a craft, technical, or logistics field.
• Leadership experience: From work, military, or a similar role.
• Willingness to change: You like to question processes, improve them, and actually implement new things.
• IT affinity: You use digital tools and contribute your input to their further development.
• Communication and attitude: You communicate and decide clearly. You consistently implement priorities and take initiative.
• Basics: Good German spoken and written as well as a category B driving licence.

A classic logistics education is not a mandatory requirement.

What matters are your leadership skills, practical understanding, and willingness to take responsibility and learn new things.
