We work closely together, support each other and share our knowledge to be successful together. We look forward to your application! In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of claims and benefits. They are at the centre of our attention and together with them we find the right solution. This way, with our customer-first mentality, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction. What awaits you: Management of existing partnerships including performance and price negotiations through annual and interim discussions; building and developing new partnerships; controlling the negotiated prices and reporting the achieved claim savings; participation and support in claims development projects; maintenance of the expert network for property insurance; conducting internal training sessions. What you bring: Several years of property insurance including claims property insurance know-how is essential; pronounced negotiation skills and ability to communicate at C-level; strong affinity for numbers; precise and independent working; team player.
