These are your tasks:

• Active customer approach & advice: First point of contact for our international customers with individual and first-class consultation.

• Sales responsibility: Achieving and sustainably exceeding individual as well as team sales targets.

• Exclusive sales: Professional presentation and sale of premium assortments in the categories of chocolate, spirits, wine, and cigars.

• Value enhancement: Targeted cross-selling and upselling to maximise the transaction value and increase overall sales.

• Customer experience: Building sustainably positive customer experiences through outstanding expertise and excellent service.

• Ensuring product presentation: Ensuring a consistently attractive product display and optimal product availability on the sales floor.

• Inventory management: Active support during regular inventories and stock checks.

• Standard compliance: Consistent adherence to all company, quality, and safety standards.

You bring with you:

• Experience in sales is mandatory

• Product enthusiasm: Affinity for premium indulgence products (spirits, wine, delicatessen/chocolate, tobacco products) and enjoyment in continuously deepening your expertise

• Sales talent & result orientation: Strong sales skills, enjoyment in achieving goals, and a likeable, convincing presence.

• Language skills: Business fluent German and very good English skills for daily communication with international customers; additional languages are a plus.

• Service orientation & team spirit: High level of customer focus, excellent manners, flexibility, and pronounced team ability.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (working hours daily between 05:00 and 23:15, including weekends/public holidays)

• Neat, professional appearance and enjoyment in dealing with international guests
