To complement our team in Pfungen ZH or Winterthur ZH, we are looking for a Clerk for National Transport Switzerland 50% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Goal-oriented and smooth order processing
• Individual support of our customers
• Planning of transports and control of information flows internally and externally
• Recording and processing of customer complaints of any kind
• Arranging goods transport insurance at the customer’s request

Your profile:

• Experience in national transports in Switzerland, or completed commercial basic training, ideally in forwarding, transport or logistics. Career changers are also welcome.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good German skills
• Resilient, team-oriented and above all service-minded and structured personality
