At our Zurich location, we are looking for two partners of our Corporate / M&A team to immediately or by arrangement hire a committed, reliable, and communicative
Legal Assistant (100%)
You are the central contact person for two partners, ensuring that mandates run smoothly organizationally, and you take on responsibility.
Your tasks
- Independent administrative support of mandates – from opening to completion.
- Creation, formatting, and correction of sophisticated correspondence, contracts, and legal documents in German and English.
- Direct client contact: reception, telephone, email correspondence, and first point of contact for clients on organizational matters.
- Deadline and appointment management as well as organization of incoming mail and file management.
- Independent preparation and processing of service billing and invoicing as well as support in dunning procedures.
- Travel and expense management: planning of trips, hotels, etc., as well as recording and control of expenses.
- Support with presentations, publications, and specialist articles as well as coordination of marketing and event activities.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Precise, structured, and proactive working style – you think ahead, recognize priorities, and act reliably.
- Communicative, open, and team-oriented: you appreciate exchange and keep an overview even in hectic moments.
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written) as well as confident use of common MS Office programs and digital tools.
