Lean Manufacturing Engineer

About the job

As part of strengthening our industrial excellence approach, we are looking for a Lean Manufacturing Engineer.

Your role: to support the deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools in order to sustain long-term productivity and improve the performance of our production units.

You work transversally on production, quality and maintenance topics, with a clear objective: to identify and realise improvement levers.

You have an interest and curiosity for technological watch concerning the field of lean manufacturing and its developments.

You lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing tools to sustainably improve industrial performance.

In close connection with operational teams, you contribute to optimising processes, reducing waste and spreading the culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

• Mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement approaches

Ability to analyse flows and identify sources of waste

• Knowledge of production and supply chain
• Project management skills (steering, structuring, deployment)
• Ability to formalise standards and best practices
• Aptitude to facilitate and coach teams transversally
• Analytical mindset, pragmatism and results orientation
• Analysis of industrial data (production, quality, maintenance)
• Handling and structuring of industrial databases
• Ability to build dashboards and performance indicators using visualisation tools such as Power BI
• Interest in the use of AI tools applied to industry (predictive analysis, optimisation, decision support)
• Engineering degree or equivalent (production, industrial engineering, continuous improvement…)
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally on Lean projects
• Experience in managing continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives
• Habit of working transversally with several functions (production, quality, maintenance)
