Head of Finance 90%The Office for Youth and Career Counselling of the Education Directorate provides, commissions, manages and coordinates services for child and youth welfare and career counselling.
For the Finance Department of the regional office of the districts of Andelfingen and Winterthur, we are looking for a finance and accounting specialist with management responsibilities (90%) from mid-October 2026 or by arrangement.
What are your tasks?
In your role, you are responsible for the finance and accounting of the districts of Andelfingen and Winterthur. This includes various controlling and reporting tasks as well as quality assurance in the finance area. Your responsibilities also include cost and performance accounting, periodic reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and client accounting. You budget the cost estimate, request municipal contributions and complete the annual financial statements in cooperation with the AJB headquarters. As the IKS officer, you are also responsible for compliance with the relevant guidelines within the region. You lead three employees professionally, personally and organisationally.

- Training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma
