Our client is an independent construction company based in the canton of Solothurn, successfully established in the market with over 140 employees. The company is characterised by its specialisation in demolition and civil engineering as well as a broad range of services and places great emphasis on quality and customer orientation. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a responsible person as Construction Foreman Demolition and Civil Engineering (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Construction Foreman Demolition and Civil Engineering 100 (m/f/d)

• Planning, management and supervision of demolition and civil engineering sites
• Support and promotion of the site teams
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs of the construction sites
• Enforcement of occupational safety, health and environmental protection
• Representation of the company towards clients and site management
• Ensuring careful handling of machines and equipment

• Completed training as construction foreman, civil engineer or master builder
• Experience in demolition and civil engineering desired
• Leadership skills, flexibility, resilience and team orientation
• Precise and efficient working method
• Holistic understanding of personnel management and project leadership
• Good oral and written German skills
